DG Health Cancellation Policy
What Is The Policy?
At DG Health, we highly value our practitioner’s time and expertise, therefore we respectfully ask that if you’re unable to attend your scheduled appointment for any given reason, you contact a member of the team with at least 12 hours notice to avoid the fee of 50% of your consultation cost.
What Does The Fee Cover?
We’re a small business doing big things. That means that there are costs to providing high quality, osteopathic care to our clients. The cancellation fee goes toward compensating our practitioners for their time spent planning and preparing for your visit, even before you have walked through our doors.
What If I Am Running Late To My Appointment?
We understand that sometimes things pop up, however your appointment cost will not change if you are running late for any given reason. Both you and the practitioner are committed to that appointment time!
I Am Unable To Pay The Fee, What Can I Do?
