What To Expect

Our practitioners will examine your mobility, strength, flexibility, balance, and posture. They will also examine the muscles, joints, and soft tissues relevant to your painful area, in order to understand how everything is functioning. Once gathered, they will use all of this information to create a plan that is just for you, based on your pain, goals and daily activities. Our practitioners will ensure that you understand what to expect throughout the assessment and treatment, so that you feel ready and comfortable.

What To Bring

Please bring along any scans or relevant referrals or paperwork that you feel will assist your clinician. Ensure you’ve filled out the new patient form linked below.

What To Wear

Please wear loose fitting clothing that will allow access to and movement of the injured or painful areas. This allows for better assessment and ease of treatment to your problem area.

Payment

We have gone contact-less! Payment is to be made on the day of your appointment using our secure online payment system Tyro.

Private Health rebates can be processed in the clinic – if your health insurer doesn’t support online claiming you will be provided with a receipt, where you can claim your money back directly through them.

Finding Us

We are located upstairs at Dukes Gym Richmond. The door will be open for you, so come straight in and head up the staircase to the left of the entrance. Feel free to have a seat if our practitioners are busy when you arrive.

Cancellation Policy

If you can’t make it or need to reschedule please get in touch at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment so that we can arrange to care for another patient. Any changes made within 24 hours of your visit will be charged.
